By using Threshold, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Threshold is a running app that connects to Strava, imports your runs, and generates AI-assisted grades, summaries, and coaching tips based on your workout data.

Accounts and Connections

You are responsible for maintaining access to the connected Strava account you use with Threshold and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's in-app purchase rules and your App Store account, with RevenueCat used for subscription management infrastructure.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Threshold provides informational fitness feedback only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or unusual symptoms.

AI-Generated Output

Threshold uses artificial intelligence to generate parts of your run analysis and coaching output. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical, safety-critical, or professional advice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service beyond normal personal use.
• Do not use Threshold in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Threshold if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Threshold is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any output, including AI-generated output, will be accurate or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSB Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Threshold.
